The more I watch the guys play with Rudy's game plan, and just looking over the team roster, the more I think Rudy is really patterning the club after the Pistons from Chuck Daly's reign. I don't know about what you all think but some simililarities do exist: Steve and Isiah are both Little Giants that can takeover a game at any time Shandon and Dumars (though different in height) are perfect complements for their flashy PG counterparts with steady offense and great D Cuttino and Microwave are both lethal guards off the bench Although I first gave Collier no chance in hell to succeed, if he devoloped a mean streak, he may turn into a Laimbeer type guy who can shoot and hustle for a rebound Now if Kenny Thomas can funnel all of his energy into rebounding and defense, at least become half a Rodman... Anyway just a thought I had driving home today from work. GO ROCKETS!!!! ------------------
