He should. if he does, I want him to take it easy on the bench. We need this win, yeah. But don't danger his health because of it. Take it easy Rudy and get healthy. We need you to drive our train to the playoffs and get as far as our players will take us.

I am actually starting to get the feeling that he's done for good.

I think he's done for the season as well. He's going to start his treatments soon and I think he'll decide it would be better to keep the continuity of having Mr. Mean at the helm the whole time than to have him in and out or questionable on each road trip. Besides, why would he call a press conference to say he's going to return to the bench?

I seriously doubt he's done for good though.

But, announcing he's out for the season will put us in a bad spot for tonight's game, imo. I get the feeling morale will be low and the Lakers will take us out. Which is bad news considering Phoenix plays Memphis. Hopefully, I'm wrong and the Rockets rally in the face of adversity and concentrate on the game.

I too think Rudy is going to be done for the year. And if he is, then the onus is on the players to "play for Rudy" and get the job done. The players can do a lot of good for Rudy by getting themselves in the playoffs versus choking down the stretch and having Rudy stress and wonder if only he would have finished the season with them they would have gotten into the playoffs. That would really nag on him.

If Rudy is indeed done this year, the players better step up!

I think it's best he concentrate on himself getting better...

This is just a game and I would like to see Rudy comeback even healthier next year...

It'll be tough on the team initially, but they should respond real well...

GET BETTER RUDY, OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU...
