A few choice quotes. You can listen to find out the context ;):

"Gonna try and get a hotel right there close to the center of campus...get my scarf on, bundle up, walk around."

"Y'know. hopefully he won't play too long, so he can get some rest."

"Being in the NBA, if your body doesn't hurt, or you don't feel tired, then you're not playing."

"Really kind of a tough one with the officiating. I'm gonna leave it at that."

"I didn't say that, I thought we played hard."

"We looked at the situation. Taking out the guys that knocked that thing down?!? Putting in a guy cold?"

"There's gonna be some disappointments, but we will see as the year goes on that's going to happen to everybody."

Rudy sounds a little peeved about some of the questions.

    Thanks edc.

Just to let you know that some of us who don't live in Houston really appreciate this.

Forgot my favorite quote from this show:

    "Cato has been inspirational."

Summary for lazy people and those who have crappy connections :D

    1. Both Steve and Yao in All-Stars
Rudy hopes Yao won't play too long so he gets some rest. Yao
hasn't been as efficient inside. Yao actually got a better
position lately. He thinks there's mental tiredness as well.

    2. Is Yao a type of guy that Rudy should reign.
Yes, Yao never told Rudy he is tired. Yao always says: "I'm
    ready to go coach"

    3. After Mavs game, Feigen quotes Rudy saying "I though we
    played pretty well".
Rudy actually said "we played hard.", not we played well.

    4. A caller observed Steve pushed the ball a lot more.
Griffin shooting% is down. Griffin shot worse at 3-point lane.
Griffin knocked down mid-range jumper. Why not a few more
    plays down low for Griffin.
Rudy said Rockets do that. It's hard to get the ball down low
    in modern basketball.

    5. Putting both Cato and Yao on court
Would be hard to run some pick & rolls. Cato has been
    inspirational.

    6. Why Rockets is so inconsistent, playing big game at one hand
and then playing very bad the next to bad teams.
It happens for every team. Spurs lose to Memphis at home. It's
a tough league. It's impossible for a team which goes to the
lottery 5/6 times not to eventually get a payoff. Memphis or
Golden State may eventually realize how to work their talents
and knock off some good teams.

    7. Why Francis and Yao both out at last two games.
The way the game is going, looks like they had us (they beat
our combination). The reserves completely turned the game
around. Rudy felt it's good for the team for the long haul.
Rudy did it because it felt right.

    8. Yao Ming spacing towards the top of the key to set a pick for
Steve. Is that the best use for Yao.
That's just one play for Yao.

    9. People think right now basketball is so structured it inhibits
    player's creativity.
Rudy said freedom comes from structure.

    10. Is Rudy happy with current half-way record.
Yes. Some dissapointments but overall happy.

I hope Rudy is talking about Eddie's situation and not the NBA in general. Either that or this is the reason why Steve, Cat, Mooch dribble so long..."Cuz it is too hard to pass the ball into the post coach, especially with that guy in front of me!"
