I looked for another thread to post this in, but didn't see one that looked right. After Cuttino threw the ball out of bounds with that awful behind the back pass, I read Rudy's lips. He screamed, "That's what I'm talking about. What the f*** was that?!!" I think Rudy tries his best to keep Cat under control. I think Cat for the most part is getting better. Once I thought he dribbled too long, but realized it was the end of the quarter & he was taking the clock down to the last shot. Even though Cat can take his man off the dribble just about anytime he wants, when he receives the ball with a little advantage to start with, like off a screen, he is really effective. ------------------
Absolutely!! Cat is SO much more effective playing off Steve or Moochie than when he's controlling the dribble. He's excellent in a catch-and-shoot role. And the offense just flows so much better. I mean, no offense to Cat, but his decision-making is just plain bad at times, and that's a big reason why the offense struggles from time to time. ------------------ "We make a lot, but we spend a lot."
