That's pretty impressive longevity considering he was never a marquee piece of the teams he was on. He had an enigmatic career.

GOAT all time empty calorie player. Put up digits on a lot of mid to outright bad team. Memphis and Toronto got noticeably better by dumping him.

Yeah, I understand people dogging him on his way out, but you have to appreciate keeping your body more or less NBA-compliant for nearly 2 decades. He got playing time b/c he could play -- maybe not excel, and definitely not a champion or anything, but he won playing time over a ton of other players.
