Who do you think will win the ROY?

I´d like to think EG ofcourse, but I think Jason Richardson is a safer bet. If he gets to play that is. That I think dependes on Hughes success at the point.

    Richardson or Bat

I think all three of the Bulls rooks will get all-rookie honors.

If the Bulls rooks get heavy minutes, I don't see why they don't make the all-rookie team.

My pick for ROY would be Battier though. :D I guess there will be very few spectacular rooks this year and consistentcy will win.

IMHO, EG won't look good on paper, though he will be contributing on areas not shown on the stat sheet.

I think only Hassell is going to get heavy minutes to start the season. But Curry showed no problems at all in scoring in the preason and Chandler proved himself an excellent defender. If the second half rolls around and they start making the rotation regularly---they will.

Bulls fans were (unjustifyably) upset that both got DNP's in Wednesdays game. But they make too many mistakes to be counted on consistantly right now.

My pick is Battier, but I do think Gasol will do a whole lot better than people are giving him credit for. I don't think it is an outlandish pick.

The problem with most rookies today is they are so young! And as a result, most are just not ready to dominate on the pro level yet. I wouldn't give any of the HS players a shot at it. Ditto for the European guys, who I don't think are even starting.

I think Battier will win it, and it won't be that close. Not that he's the best talent, but he's definitely the most ready to contribute.

    Oscar Torres....

Nah, I think Battier will win it fairly easily. He seems the most NBA ready player to come out.

    Tony Parker

Nah, it'll probably be Battier, though it should be Jason Richardson.

It will very likely go to a minutes rookie, so I say too Battier.

Didn't Pau play pro ball in Europe? Yeah---he'll be up there at the top of the voting too.

I really believe that it is going to be very competitive no matter.

I believe Jamaal TInsley has been given the starting nod in Indiana maybe he can sneak up and be a contendor. All indications point to Battier or JRich though.

Why are you all hating on Richard? With Kidd feeding him the ball, anything is possible.

Don't get me wrong GB, Jefferson was my favorite college player last year and when we picked him up with the 13th I was excited as hell, but I don't want him to win ROY. Nice rook season, but not ROY. The media would be dumping on the Rockets like crazy for making that draft-night deal if Richard became a star.

    ok . . . now i've returned

I think Ed Grif gets #3 in voting
    # 2 Curry
    #1 Battier

I figured thats what it was, not that I understand it.

I don't get Bulls fans who hate on Elton. I still wish Hoss all the best and hope the clips grow strong and become a good team and stay togather.
