One reason people feel tired after traveling trough air is because of the engine noise. Engine noise makes human fatigue very fast.
With NBA players traveling a lot through air, it is why home teams have an advantage at least due to the fatigue issue.

I travelled a lot through air and typically got tired/fatigue easily. Then I got one of these noise-cancellation head set made by Sony, model NC20. Now I feel much fresher out of the airplane. Of course, these head sets can not completely eliminate engine noise, one way people can do is to use an industrial type ear plug which can reduce noise by 30db, then use the noise-cancellation head set. Bose also makes a model. The best, however, is made by Etymotic Research ER-4S. These are expensive stuffs now, about $300 each set. But it should not be a problem for NBA players:)

I would strongly suggest Rox players use these headsets together with ear plugs on the airplane if they have not used them. They will feel much better!

Good suggestion, every little bit helps. Now you just need the right person to read this sun12. Of course, I am not him.

These phones are also very good when riding a bus, or in any other noisy environment. One disadvantage of the Etymotic Research ER-4S is that you can not hear anything when people talk to you. But Sony and Bose models are fine, they just eliminate low-frequency noise.

By the way, Etymotic Research ER-4S is on the Stereophile's recommended component list, so musically speaking, it is an excellent pair of phone. If anyone is into musical enjoyment, it should be very good to get it. The difference between a good pair of phone and a bad pair is huge:)
