Instead of head to head where your players' stats go against another guy's players' stats for a week, your players' stats go up against everyone else in the league and the stats add up throughout the season and whoever has the best at the end of the year wins. Does that make sense? Sort of like a league that the Dallas Mavericks would win every season, some people like that, the majority go for head to head.
