Not a bad start for the 9th pick in the draft:
    • 16 Points in 24 Min
    • Shot 6 for 6 FG
    • Shot 3 for 3 FG (3 Pointers)
    • 4 Rebounds
    • 2 Assists
    • +6 on the Floor

Also, that video doesn't give ANY reason to compare him to Luka

Already said he is the 2nd ball handler.

    Not this year at least.

Tony Kukoc meets Detlef Schrempf meets Tracy Mcgrady minus explosiveness.

    My favorite Euro this year.

    Westy better pass to him.

It's hard to say from a few Intl' games and preseason, I think he's a pretty good shooter and ball handler. I think he can be a pretty good player, but I don't expect much from him, this season. Mainly, because Washington has so many offensive weapons and he's not even starting. I think we'll see him rise towards the 2nd half of the season. Expecting Luka number's are a bit much.

Not a primary ball handler like Luka.

I hope this kid pans out. He played with a lot of poise and control.

No, he only played in a minor league and is not comparable with doncic. less minutes, less leadership, less experience on a high level.

luka was the primary ballhandler on a top team and earned minutes on high level national and international. worst case he could be a hezonja, best case -good wing with solid starter minutes

The Australian league was a nobody league 10 yrs ago and look how many lottery guys are drafted from there.

The Israeli league is serviceable IMO.

Luka is a totally different case.

Real Madrid signed him at age 13 or 14.

He is a star at 17 while Avdiya started out with 16.

That's a unique case where everything fell into place for Luka.

Kukoc lite might be spot on.

FYI He is actually Serbian, part of Luka is Serbian Slovenian.

You can see he spots up more than Luka ever will.

Maybe he matures into a stockier version of Ginobili but Luka? Nope, at least not in this sample size- he doesn't command the floor like that.
