As the rain has finally broken through my patch work on the roof, it appears our sheet rock is only going to get worse from this point on out and that a new roof is on the horizon. I haven't done a whole lot of research but I figured I'd start here first since you guys give pretty good recommendations for other companies. What are some of the better roofing/roof repair companies in Houston? How much would it run to replace a say one story 1550/1600 sq ft house's roof? any recommendations very much appreciated.
Just have them come out and bid it. Each job is different so there's no generic cost. But if I had to guess maybe 7k give or take a couple k. They might be able to help you file it on your insurance as well so your out of pocket would be no more than the deductible.
Yeah, I was just curious if there was sort of a generic range of like 5 to 10 k. I'll keep them in mind as one of my calls. Thanks a lot
