    he picked 37 in memory of Michael Jackson's Thriller album...it was the number of weeks it was at number 1

    I gotta agree, not because he isnt in a Rockets uniform, because I wasnt a huge fan... He just looks odd in those colors and that uniform. Whatever...

    This affects me like...not at all.

    I mean, I liked the guy's attitude (if not his shot selection) while he was here, but it's hard for me to get too attached to a guy who was only here for a year.

    It would be different if it were Yao, but Ron Artest? Whatever.

    Remember when Karla Malone signed with the lakers, thinking he could just ride Kobe and Shaq's coat tails to that elusive championship?

    Ok, how do I give rep points, that deserves some.

    it helps ease the pain, haha.

    I'm sorry, but I think the teams who didn't make it good against the lakers are looking for blood. Plus, the injury bug didn't really nag LA, the universe will balance itself out and some key player will go down. If LA is a real team, like the Rox did, they will regroup and adjust. My feeling is LA won't, attitudes will clash (come on, betweem Dfish, Kobes, Gasol and Artest someone will make a stink of it) and this "team" will be broken up. Book it.

    Of course, I'll probably be wrong and Kobe will be one step closer to overtaking MJ.

    I dunno but that doesn't look like it fits him. Ron looks a little off wearing those colors. Ah well, I know Trevor is ganna look good in Red!
