    Ron Artest found out he will become a member of the Houston Rockets earlier this week and he already has his footing in the real estate market.

    "I got my house already," he said. "About to get settled in and start working out.


    Ron Artest, Coming to a neighborhood hear you. I wonder what it's gonna be like for the people who'll now have Ron-Ron next door.

    I am not surprised he got a house quick. He was looking forward to leave Sactown anyhow and was voicing his regrets for not opting out for weeks.
    So the moment he knew he was traded, he packed up.
