The magazine said Lopez, 33, married Latin music star Anthony, 34, at her home in Los Angeles Saturday in front of about 40 guests. Us Weekly said it had pictures of a giant tent assembled on the estate and of guests coming and going among tables covered in white table cloths and flower centerpieces. "It was a lovely low-key intimate affair for the closest friends and family, " Us reported a friend as saying. "She didn't hardly tell anyone. Everyone was surprised," another unidentified friend told the magazine. Representatives for Lopez and Anthony could not immediately be reached for comment. The reported marriage comes less than a week after Anthony was granted a quickie divorce in the Dominican Republic from his wife of four years, Dayanara Torres, a former Miss Universe. It would be the third marriage for Lopez, the sultry star whose previous trips down the aisle have both lasted a little over a year. Tabloid news reports have linked Anthony and Lopez for weeks. They noted that Lopez had recently returned the giant pink diamond engagement ring she was given by Affleck during the stormy "Bennifer" affair that rose to a fever pitch last September when the couple called off their wedding at short notice, citing excessive media intrusion. Affleck and Lopez officially broke their engagement in January and both have maintained a low profile since then. But by May, Lopez was seen wearing another diamond, reportedly given to her by Anthony.
I can't stand J-Lo, but I don't see the point of the roll eyes. Her getting married in secret doesn't really hurt anybody else. If this was another story about her acting like a total diva b****, then yeah, roll away. The only people you should be upset with now are the media since they are going to cover this to death, then again with President Reagan's passing, they will be distracted.
that chick is crazy...she has serious issues. she goes bouncing around from guy to guy like nothin in these "serious" relationships. we should start taking bets on how long til they divorce.

Damn, he dumped his wife for J'Lo? He is no better than her. Does he think he is any different than all the other guys she has been with? 6 months to a year. I say that only because I think she is going to try to make it last just for appearances sake this time. Maybe get a couple of duets out of the deal for her next CD.
I read elsewhere that she got divorced from him. I thought Marc Anthony was gay. Or is that his lover Ricki Martin? I find it amusing that J. Ho and Marc Anthony dated before J. Ho and Ben Fleck got together, then 5 days after dropping Ben Fleck she is with Marc Anthony.

Anthony, meanwhile, is refusing even to say whether the couple got married at the weekend at Lopez's Hollywood home. A guest at the marriage told a source quoted by the New York Post that the curvaceous film star, who broke off her highly publicized engagement with film star Ben Affleck just a few months ago, was expecting. Another friend confirmed that Lopez has been informing friends of her pregnancy, the New York tabloid said. The marriage has so far only been reported by the US celebrity media. Anthony refused to confirm it when he made an appearance on NBC's Today Show on Tuesday to sing one of his new songs. "I see where you're going with this, and I'm going to preface it with just saying - y'all know I don't talk about my personal life," Anthony said. The newlyweds, who are longtime friends, have a lot in common. Both are "Nuyoricans" born in modest circumstances in New York to parents from Puerto Rico. Both have worked in pop music (including a duet together) and film, and become multimillionaires. Anthony, an old flame of Lopez, was granted a divorce in the Dominican Republic just last week from Puerto Rican former Miss Universe (news - web sites) Dayanara Torres. He has two children with Torres and another from an earlier relationship. Lopez's marriage to backup dancer Cris Judd floundered just a few months after their September 2001 nuptials. Her first marriage, to Ojani Noa, ended in 1998. In addition to her marriages, the Hollywood headliner is also veteran of at least a couple of high-profile relationships with powerful men in the entertainment industry. J.Lo's 18-month-long on-again, off-again courtship with Affleck finally ended in January, after a cancelled September 2003 wedding and a movie together, "Gigli," which proved to be a critical and commercial bomb. She also had an earlier, longterm relationship with rap mogul, fashion designer and actor Sean "Puffy" Combs, who now goes by the moniker P.Diddy.
