Whose finally gained freedom this fall? Just finished my last final an hour ago. Man it felt so good. WHOOP! now, if only the Rockets would start winning. Exciting winter. Looking forward to the news from the winter meetings etc. Man....I am just babbling. So who else is finished with finals? Bring on the Holidays!
Just got back from turning my last paper!!!!! FREEDOM BABY!!! But tuition for next semester is due in a few weeks. Think I need to look into selling some body fluids.
Or they might get the worst of both worlds and decide the opportunity costs are too high to quit their jobs and go to graduate school full-time, thus condemning themselves to the torture of a full load of evening classes.
I'm free to go to the bathroom at any time, otherwise I am billing 250 hours this month. Again. Good ol' school days....

Damn, this brings back bad memories I have from my undergrad EE days a few years back. I can't thing of anything worse than having to go through finals week as an engineering student. -> absolutely brutal. I remember sequestering myself in a study carol in the library for days at a time, smoking like a chimney, and the frequent all nighters. Uggh.
been such a rough week, circuit theory, engineering physics, and tomorow i have programing. Cant wait to get back to houston and watch some rockets games.
Ahh yes, EE411 with Arapostathis. Made a big fat "C" in that class by a fraction of a point. Good times. PHY303K with Kleinman was even worse, as he received death threats from several students on the open class message board back in Fall 1998.
Whoever makes you write a paper based on the amout of pages and then tells you it has to be single-spaced has no soul.
yea i got 411 with brown, moore seems much better than kleinman for 303 L. But in the end, its all so damn hard. Oh well, just gotta make it.
Not done until midday tomorrow. Of course, since I'm the one giving the finals instead of taking the finals (and it is better to give than to receive), I still have to grade them. Hopefully I'll be done sometime tomorrow. College is great. I don't like the real world. That's why you stay in school until you've gotten as far as you can possibly get. Then you start teaching so you can stay in that college lifestyle forever, and get old and pathetic doing it.
