I am not sure how I came up with this but I have a feeling that The Rocket will finish September strong. This is what I foresee coming from him in the month of September; 5-0 W/L 0.77 ERA 35 Strike Outs .205 BAA This is important because it will seal it for us as the WC team and net him his 8 CY Award.
I may be mistaken, but don't we actually have to score a run for him to make him 5-0, or even get one win for that matter.... Granted with what Chris Carpenter (19 wins and counting) is doing it might be tough for him to get Cy Young this year anyways.
Nice. Also I am convinced that Berkman, Ensberg and Lamb will snap out of their funks. Also the pretty boy with the awesome swing, Luke Scott, is back and hot right now. Bags will be a back in about 10 days as well and could be a key pinch hitter off the bench for us. Well there is also a chance that that we could still steal a bat tonight before the trade deadline. All Roger need is half a run.
