I remember a lot of people wanted the Rockets to draft him over Bradon Roy and Rudy gay.

He signed late in the off-season and not for much. It's not like he was some high free agent that everyone was after.

As for him if any team can get something out of him offensively maybe it's GS if he cracks the rotation.

I fell for the hype that he was gonna be something special during the draft. Then I never heard of him again... till this day.

Well in 2k the rockets are even more unstoppable. Yao Ming can go on a 1-5 fast break and finish with a crossover dunk on everyone. It doesn't even matter how many guys guard him, he's like a foot taller and with his rating he can hit the shot anywhere on the court.

If you want an open 3 or a 1v1 post move with Yao, call a play for the Centre, and push circle (or the right button on the xbox, i think its B??)

Go right and you should be open, if not throw it to Yao for the 1v1. The only player that goes to help is the point guard, if he comes, back to brooks.

    You cant lose.

Yeah I would know how unstoppable the Rockets are on 2k cause I suggested most of those ratings for my playing style. But you wouldn't be able to pull that stuff you said with Yao going 1v5 on the break against any player that has a clue of what their doing. Me, I would rip the ball from him every time and run it back on you for an easy layup. But Yao Ming under the basket is automatic. He's the best player on 2k if you know how to use him.

Quite telling about how awesome Carney is when it only took 8 posts to forget about this thread and shifted the discussion to 2K.
