There seem to be a lot of people on this board who hate ESPN, but their power rankings had the Rockets at 10, while CBS put them at 13 and nba.com at 15 within the same week.
I think that that they were pretty correct about the Rockets. And they recognize the Rockets. The Rockets are a very exciting team. And we are very inconsistent. And anything can happen in Houston. They know the Rockets are lifting off. It felt good to have a website actually talk about the Rockets as a team...not just about Yao Ming.
The team is going places....hopefully this year. Steve is really starting to get it (for all of you who say he's not a PG) , Yao is getting better and better, Mo is really coming on, G-money is on fire, and Mobley is really tempering his game. With experience the inconsistency will go away....like I said...I'd just like them to get a taste of the playoffs this year.
