Rockets will get owned if they don't do something about their PG and PF position.

Especially true in the Western Conference. These 2 positions alone will dominate the West and Rockets don't have anybody that can at least nullify those positions. Fisher and Taylor and Howard will be owned in the West. I am talking about Garnett, Webber, Duncan, Parker, Bibby, and Nash. It would be great to still retain Cato because he can at least nullify that PF position with his height, rebounding and blocking ability. And Fisher will be exploited as usual.

So even those Rockets have 2 dominant positions in C and SG and a decent in Jim Jackson at SF...they maybe not good enough to advance any further if they don't have those 2 strong positions that i mentioned which is very important in the WEST.

and we will OWN them in the SG and C positions....

    whats ur damn point?

you cant have the most dominant at all positions...and against some of those you mentioned...3/4s of the teams in the league are at a disadvantage.

    again...so what?

The PF position is fine, we just need a PG and an extra big guy. I don't know where you get that Howard will "get owned", out of his career 18 ppg and 7 rpg, 3 years were spent in the West (Denver, Dallas). Maurice Taylor got 11 ppg and 5 rpg. So the Rocketscan probably expect 20 ppg and 10 rpg combined from the PF spot, which is fine. As for Fisher getting destroyed by West PGs, Nash isn't exactly a defensive juggernaut in his own right. There's Bibby, and. . ., who else in the West? Payton? Cassell yeah but Cassell abused Francis as well. How is it any different then what happened before? Outside of not having Cato what exactly has changed?

My own opinion is that Juwan Howard is an upgrade at PF, and that a blind midget would be an improvement of SF's ball handling.

    But I'm biased that way.

Am I bummed out that the Rox didn't get Barry or Arroyo, yes I am, but as long as they don't sign Fisher to the entire exception, I'll be ok with it.

And I really don't blame the Rox for staying away from the big man sweepstakes, that I think many teams will eventually regret getting into.

I still think that there should be a '0-star/delete' option.
