I didn't think 8-10 games can change the Rockets positioning in Field Goal Percentage Defense, I remember the Rockets were 9th not too long ago, but as of Feb. 23rd,2009, The Rockets defense is FIFTH best, although the difference between 5th and 10th is 0.2%.

The Offense however is futile , Yes the rockets have lost a lot of games to horrible teams due to defense, but the offensively futility is notable.

Rockets are still as a team at 44.6% which stands at 24th, the next playoff bound team in the west shoots it at 45.6% which is 13th, The Hornets.

However, out three point shooting this year has been quite good as a team coming in at almost 38% which stands as 8th Best, and our free throw shooting is 4th best in the league.

Rockets must keep their Defense consistent but their offense requires constant ball movement and playing inside out, in order to advance in the playoffs, Rockets must improve their Offense IMO, but i think the Rocket's defense has been fairly consistent over the last 3-4 years.

I expect our three point percentage to rise in the following games.

The trick is not to worry about the stats averaged over a whole season. The Rockets finally have a set rotation and there's been some major changes--keep an eye on the numbers starting from last week.
