Rockets Tickets Problems:12-Game Package but only get 11 Tickets in the mail?

Not sure if this in the right forum... so my apologies in advance. Just want to give everyone the heads-up....

I purchased the Francis 12-game Mini-Plan and when my tickets came in the mail, it was missing the season oopener vs Denver.

Just a reminder to everyone to check the number of tickets when they come in the mail so you aren't surprised when you are trying to leave for the game and you don't have a ticket. I was just staring at my tickets in excitement when I noticed the problem. I would have lost my mind if I had waited till the last minute to check them out.

They also sent the tickets to the wrong mailing address after I told them 3 times (they also called me twice to ask for the address after I gave it to them)to let them know which address was the correct one. Thankfully, the people living in my old apartment called and told me that the tickets came in.

I will be trying to call the ticket office tomorrow and will be prepared to be put on hold for 30 minutes to get this problem fixed.

Seems not all the bugs have been worked out in the Ticket office.

Anyone else had similar problems?
