I'm assuming you are talking about the brows? They are pretty bad, but they look even worse in the video. There is a added shadow. I plan to do one a couple times a week.
Good vid. My take on Wafer: the more experience he gets, the better his decision making will be (hopefully). His defense will never be lock down, but I think his gaffes can be correctable also with experience and right coaching...which I don't think we have. Face it, we don't have great defensive minded coaches in out staff and it shows when we get constantly burned on our interior defense and on switches when Scola and Landry help out defending the top of the key and their man roll the basket. C'mon Elston Turner (or whoever), fix this! Joe Johnson is a good suggestion. But by 2010 Atlanta could be a serious perennial title contender and he'll want to stay with them. J-Smoove, Al Horford, and Joe Johnson are a formidable big 3. Anyways, nice vid.
what kind of exercise do-hickey is that? I can't tell if it's a treadmill or one of those power walk machine or maybe a combination of both....and how much and where did you get it from?
I believe that Joe Johnson would fit the bill but I'm not sure if Atlanta would let him walk away. Come next year and if we still have Tracy and Atlanta is out of the playoff running due to injuries, I could see that trade becoming more of a reality. If the Rockets don't make any trades by today or even during the offseason, it's clear they are holding on for 2010. I feel like it might be best that they do wait till then but we'll have to see. Bad contracts is what the Rockets want to avoid. It's not like CD is running the show and giving out bad contracts like moochie and cato. Morey has done a great job in getting rid of bad contracts. Let's see what he does now.
