My MVP vote goes to Joey Dorsey. I think his defense is the biggest reason why the rcokets were 5-0!

Dorsey has been rock solid every single game but Budinger has been the best player on the floor for the Rox this summer.

Chase Budinger, really impressed me. He's a great shooter and moves great without the ball, not to mention he can take it to the hoop.

I agree! They both did very well. I voted for Chase, but Joey did a heck of a job as well... especially in the last couple of games (which I need to rewatch because of bad internet connections.)

I voted Leunen, despite the great shooting from Budinger and Dorsey's dominance on the boards.

Leunen's stats weren't very impressive but like Budinger, he played smart basketball and unlike pretty much any other guy on the roster, he looked like NBA material at both ends of the floor.

Unfortunately, it's hard to imagine Leunen making the roster because of our depth at PF.

Budinger has incredible poise and a pure shot. He also moved off the ball well and made good passes at the right time. He looked really good bringing up the ball late in this last game.

Dorsey was physically dominant. I am not as impressed with his passing skills/decision-making as some others were despite leading this last game in assists. He seems to make as many bad passes as good ones. He also commits too many bad fouls. I can see him being among the league leaders in fouls per minute a la Greg Oden last season.

I love Chase but ever time Dorsey went out the other team started to make a run. That was also true with Chase but not to the same degree. I would give the edge slightly to Dorsey. Amazing though how we came away with 2 players who can definitely help this year. Budinger is a perfect fit while either Battier or Ariza are on the floor and Dorsey can help out while Yao is out. The only thing is Morey says there may be another deal ahead where we need to take 2 players for 1. Could dorsey be that 1 player. If not who is it. Morey sounds prety strong that Tmac is her and he says Scola and Battier will lead us next year. I guess Landry could be on the block but we would have to get a special player to give up his youth. Brooks is worht alot but we would need to replace him and who would we get for him. There is not much we have left with trade value accept for expirings and Dorsey and Budinger.

I feel bad for White. I want him to succeed, but he can't even put up a decent performance at the league.

JT still needs a year or two to tone his skills.

If Newley doesn't make the roster this year, he'll be about 25-and-a-half- years-old this time next year. At what point do we start to say he'll never make the cut? We're a team in transition given the injury situation and we are in dire need of wing scorers. I can't imagine Newley ever having a better chance than he has now.

Chase has been shooting at an unreal percentage, from field, treys, and the strips.

You shouldn't be watching streaming video and downloading p*rn at the same time.

If Chase had Matt Bonner's agent, he's probably have a few extra bucks in his pocket right now.

    Chase for sure.

I like Dorsey too. He'd be the most improved player if there were such a thing in the summer league. He's the younger and bigger Chuck Hayes. :D
