Those guys answered call for other top 4 teams, even Green.

This FO has its head stuck its ass.

If they wanted to workout the top prospects then they should have prioritized those workouts before bringing in all the bottom of the first prospects.

Priorities and having a plan matter.

you’re right. I don’t like such a late workout either but Green showed up. What did they have to lose?

Green showed up. He had arguably more to lose.

So why did Green try out at all if he had this guarantee? Why risk it?

Was there some report that the Rockets purposefully waited to do these?

im assuming they might not have been rushing things but also not exactly putting it off… they just got stonewalled by the other two. But maybe I have it wrong.

more at issue then for me is who leaked their apparent strong interest in Green… which then gave the other two a reason to say no (event though they still shouldn’t have).

That's speculation on your part. No one knows what the Rockets will do. No one.

They need to waste their time watching lower draft picks work out…. They had Green in and that’s all that matters. Green > Suggs / Mobley any day of the week

Patrick watched a youtube highlight of Green dunking, he instantly commented a fire emoji and sent it to his dad and said that he's the guy

Tilman that night let the front office know, the decision was made, and we'd not waste a single dollar working out any other top lotto picks.

Tilman called up Green and said, "You know my son said that you have that Mamba mentality, a lot of our front office guys are obsessed with stats but not me, I know success is all about being able to lead, I'm that man, and I think you are too. You have a guarantee from us at 2, and to prove it to you son I'm going to be sending over the Rockets private jet to show you a good time, how does that sound?"

Y'all really love pulling nonsense out of your ass to try and push your narrative. I guess with Mobley sliding out of contention the only thing you all have left is trying to tie him into the Tilman hatred to try and put people off that way? Very pathetic. I hope the therapy bill isn't too high if we go with Green and not Mobley.

Mobley doesnt wanna be a Rocket.

    https://bleacherreport.com/articles...a-level-of-disinterest-in-houston?share=other

Also Green's friend tweeted about Green taking a ride on Fertita's jet.

Will be shocked if Green isnt the pick at this point.

Yeah it's going to be Green for sure and Mobley probably got word of that. Also might see Tilman's work the last few years, things like that don't sit right with everyone. Then there's the USC father connection, the agent...there's just a lot to consider for a player. It doesn't help that publicly, whether true or false, we seemed to be highest on Green and Cade in case of a swap with Detroit. Some players don't have the personality or mentality to then try to prove to the Rockets that they should still take him.

I'm glad he doesn't want to be a Rocket, should make it easier not to pick him. I'm not sure exactly why that was a response to what I posted though, has no relevance to what I wrote in the slightest...
