I know the rules on hoopsworld, found this info in a chat by Tommy Beer, don't know how credible he is:

    Steven in Kingwood ,Tx:
The Rockets acquired former 2nd rounder David Andersen from the Hawks. Do you think the Rockets are still likely to trade for a center or are they trotting out Dorsey and Andersen this coming season? Do they make a big splash in the summer of 2010?
    Thomas Beer:
Definitely still looking for a center – there are a few retreads out there:

Jamaal Magloire, Melvin Ely, Chris Wilcox, Robert Swift, Mikki Moore, Johan Petro, Rasho Nesterovic, Chris Mihm, Theo Ratliff, Stromile Swift, etc.

They could bring in one of those type of dudes if they can't land a starting center via a trade:

If Dorsey gets anything but the most worthless of garbage minutes then prepare for less than 30 wins this season.
