Rockets rank 13 at 3 point % In West and rank 15 at defensive efficency in nba.

    Western conference as of February 11.

    Rockets 3 point % are better than Wolves and GSW.

    Harden 35.6%
    Westbrook 24.0%
    Gordon 33.2%
    Covington 34.6

    Defensive efficiency rank 15 in the nba.

    it is not good if you exclude tanking teams.

    The Rockets are somewhere between 2-4 in offensive rating in the NBA.

    The Rockets are 15th in the NBA in defensive rating in the NBA............

    Hence why the Rockets made a trade for Covington and why the Rockets issue is defense, and not so much offense....... hell their offensive ranking of 2-4 is with Harden playing hurt for over a month, not having Eric Gordon for most the season and PJ Tucker having nerve damage. With Covington added, it is very possible the Rockets have the #1 offense.

    The three point shot sets up the spacing for penetration...... the Rockets have an EFG% of nearly 55%

    It only indicated that Rockets took more 3s with less than western average 3pt%.
