I may just need some medication, but have y'all noticed that teams beginning with the same letter seem to do about the same?

Rockets with R dont have much company - just the Raptors. But their records are identical.

Look at all teams beginning with C - Celtics, Cavaliers, Clippers...all sub-par teams with losing records

W? Warriors and Wizards - enough said

K? Knicks, Kings - both play-off bound teams with bobbing near the top of their divisions.

P - Indiana and Detroit are side by side in their division

N- Nuggets and Nets. Both teams thought to have potnetial this year, both teams not living up to that potential, neither team will make the playoffs.

M - Magic and Mavericks...both currently hold the #6 seed in their conference..

T - Trailblazers and Timberwolves - both are currently in the playoff fold in western conference.

    S- Seventy-sixers, Spurs, Suns, Supersonics -
This is a large and powerful group. Though the Sonics look sorta like the odd man out...but even then, the Sonics are not exactly complete slouches with an almost .500 record...but look carefully at the order I put them in..with this large group, when put in alphabetical order, their records get progressively worse the farther you go down in the alphabet.

B,H are the only two wild cards. If a club begins with either of these two letters, it seems they can be anywhere...(ex. Bulls, Bucks)..

Is Toronto's #7 spot something the rockets may get too????

Valio.. hmm very interesting. Even if I had that much time on my hands I'm not sure I would have thought of that. Did you just randomly get the idea that maybe letters in a team name have something to do with success?
