I've seen on CBS college b-ball games they have this thing where they use little round "people" to move around and show the playst the teams run. Is there some sort of software available that you can do something like that on? I'd be playing with that thing so much designing plays for the Rockets.

This may not be the right forum for this, but there really is no right forum. So I put it in the one with the most traffic

HPee is our resident play designer. He uses "Flash" to design Rockets offensive sets.

NBA .com also had some Rocket sets on their site during last season.

What's "Flash"? I'm sure it's something eveyrone knows about, I'm a computer dumbas*.

Also, did NBA.com make it where we could make plays ourselves or just show some stuff the Rockets did.

If there's nothing like this on the market, anyone here wanna give it a go with me? [IMG]

Flash is a program that allows you to make stuff move, I can't explain it to goo but ClutchCity.net has a flash intro. Flash website is at
or for flash games,

they are in Rudy's playbook, my video archives, and some Flash teasers have been sent out.

and btw, we don't invent plays. Rudy does. We just Flash them. Don't count on the Chronicle or ESPN doing that for ya.

We got tickets, scouting mentors, Flash, and a long DSL line. But I don't have the names for the plays. so, who is going to get me into one day of camp to get a firsthand look at new Mo plays, and ask Rudy to join the new Millenium and help the .net media animate game play. (This is the season for Dream-ing isn't it.) We need names for his plays. What is so hard about that.

Come on all you "sources" people. Let's balance the speculation/rumor mill stuff (which sells newspapers, I guess, and generates big threads, for sure) with ANIMATION. Get me the damn names for the plays, and this site will Flash the world.

    cc.net ROCKS!!!

um...oh yeah...I heard Rudy yell it out during a game.

He could have been telling his wife what to get at McDonald's though.

I can't wait to see the rest of the plays!

Is there a better NBA BBS than this one? I doubt it.
