I'm very impressed with Kyle in these interviews. After watching the videos I don't know how I'd feel if we traded him for CP3 or D-Will… Kyle is the heart of this team. I mean, first week back and he's in the gym. Not only is he working out but he's in there with Terrence Williams, mentoring him. That's awesome! If he can influence Terrence (even just a little bit) to be more professional, more emotionally controlled, and still be driven to win every play we would have ourselves a monster player. I was also impressed with the fact that he's kept in touch with Marcus Morris over the lockout, that's leadership. What really impressed me the most about Kyle's interview is that I really believed that he's the type of leader that will not make excuses; not for himself and it seems like he's not going to let his teammates make them either. I think he's going to hold them all accountable. Probably why T-Will's in the gym with him all week…
At the beginning of the Lowry interview, just after Kyle asks that the music be turned off, you can hear the lyrics "suck my d*ck" blaring from across the room. Awkward.
Both have huge upside. I think we will luck out with those 2. Hell, we also have Chase Budinger. I like him as a backup though. Terrence will shine this season no doubt.
I always have an issue with the rockets website and the volume on the interviews so low. i have to turn my notebook volume up full blast just to hear it.
Make no mistake, Terrence Williams loves basketball. This is his last chance, and I expect a huge year out of him. That said, I hope Daryl moves some of these guys. We are just TOO deep.
I liked the TWill interview; he comes off as friendly and interesting. And I agree, knote, I expect a big breakout year.
TWill was always a normal guy for me, never understood where was this perception of poor professional ever came from. What I wish he would do is just play Basketball, instead of trying to change peoples perceptions about him. He only needs to do what the coach wants him to, other then that he should not give a damm about what Houston_Rockets on the interwebz thinks about him. T Will let´s ball
