    Pacers wouldn't do it in a million years.

    Bender = unlimited potential.
    Cato = unlimited contract.

    wouldn't work cap wise either....well, Pacers could use their 4.5.

    I agree with Clutch. Pacers would have to know something we didn't to do that.

    Pacers= Al Harrington
    Rockets= Walt Williams/Rogers

    The Al Harrington trade...that really just adds the same types of players to the Pacer roster that they already have. Al's back is hurt, but if he gets healthy, he has a tremendous up side, though. Bender is virtually untouchable. The only way he will be traded if someone offers now what Bender might become in the eyes of the Pacers. I don't think someone will offer an All Star/franchise player straight up for Bender.

    As everybody has already said, I don't think that Indy is going to move Bender. He's got tremendous potential. Don't be mislead by the fact that he hardly played this year. They're a veteran team that was trying to win it all and they're going to bring him along slowly.
