***Please disregard is this topic has already been posted about!***

I am LOVING them, but then again anything would have been better than the Intel "Blue Man" commercial rejects beating on drums and buckets...oh wait, they still do that DURING the game. I guess beggars can't be choosers...

Anyway, anyone else that has been to a home game notice this? They play "Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who, complete with a matching highlight video, rockets lifting off, and spotlights on those crystal balls hangning at either baseline, creating a "space" effect.

DEFINITELY an upgrade, if not the old techno music. Props to Tim for listening to those of us on here and in general who knew the Rox could do better when it came to the in-house pregame.

Hey, I agree with you - the new introductions were much, much better. I really liked them. Hopefully, they will keep this one.

I agree also. Pre-Game Introductions are improved tenfold with the new routine.

One question: Are they using the LED ribbon boards for the starting lineups?

That's all I want to know.

I didn't notice for sure, but I want to say yes, since the video effects are the main attractions during the intros.

Just another excuse to go to another home game...

I went to the Philly game and the Jazz game and thought the intro was awesome. And I guess it helps being a longtime Who fan.

Eh. That's all fluff to me. You can buy the sizzle, but for my money, I want the steak. It's all about the 10 guys, 2 goals and 1 ball for me.

Gah, I WISH Channel 51 still broadcasted the intros. Why don't they anymore....Tim?

I haven't seen the new intros yet since the last time I went to TC was a couple of months ago.

    Hey Toast!

Have you been to a game yet? The only thing entertaining is the intro and the powerdancers.....and maybe Clutch.

The steak you talk about, the 10 guys, two goals, one ball is becoming unwatchable....

    :p :p :p

Haven't seen the intro yet but it sounds very cool and I am very glad they changed it. It's about time. The drummers into sucked big time.

He was annoying as crap. Seriously.

There was this one time he said---
    "Elllllldennn Camp---(5 second pause) Belllllll"

I agree with annthuyn on this one, having the Rox trail throughout the entire game made him even more annoying.
