    yeah i coulnd't find out where he read it from either. but he isn't a rocket fan so why would he even be thinking of our team enough to make it up? eh, who knows? probably won't happen anyway.

    Only place I saw it was RealGM boards. Says its from NY Post but end of quote is NY Daily News. Searched both and nothing. Think he made it up.

    I replied to post sometime last week saying that we should definately make the trade with Memphis, and draft Warrick with the pick. I hope he doesnt think I'm the source!!

    I mentioned this in the Bonzi thread I think. The originator of this rumor is a poster on the RealGM boards that credits the NY Post with the rumor. He made it up. And Sina scrapped it from the RealGM boards. It's all BS.

    what is funny about this is that Memphis wants out of the 1st round completely (they have too many younger players) AND they are too deep and would like to trade 2 for 1 the OTHER direction

    ... but lets not let legitimate news reports get in the way of a crappy trade discussion courtesy of Sina !

    I trust that the poster who started that thread in RealGM got it from somewhere and didn't make it up. I speculate that he pulled it off another message board, credible or not.
