Slow feet, below average rebounder, struggling to defend small lineup but a bulk meat shield with better than average shoot blocking ability. Not a good fit in our new coach's offense, but at least a vet and serviceable C on defense.
Finally, the Rockets are interested in a big guy that can do the most basic of shots.....a free throw.

If he wants playing time, he won't re-sign with the Cavs. They barely played him at all down the stretch.
I've always liked Mozgov and thought he was criminally underused at times in Cleveland last season. And I like the idea of bringing in a center who can compete with Capela for the starting job who doesn't cost a ton of money. But even Mozgov is going to get paid. I could see a scenario where he makes $10M+ per year, and I definitely don't think he's worth that.
