On NBA 2k2, they have the rockets with the second lowest rating in the entire league which is somewhat discouraging. I have made it a point to try and have Eddie average 30 points a game as my sort of redemetion, i guess :) on the bright side, franchise is probably the most explosive player in the game.

you know what else sucks? Eddie cant hit a 3 in the game. He is a solid player inside of 15 feet, but outside that mark, they make him shoot like shaq. However, 3 on 3 street ball, the Rockets rule. Cat, Wink, and eddie are dominating.

im talking about the PS2 version. Since the playstation game came out a while after the DC version, they were able to make some changes on the playstation.

franics is like an 93 and mobley an 88...no torres or brown but tmo is solid in the game...For some reason, they gave the Pistons euro rook rebrecca a 84.....ya, i agree they did not give griff much range but he swat shots with the best of them and has a solid inside game...Happy birthday rezdawg, i wanted to give you a holla this weekend but i don't have your number...fun, that you have the game.

Just bought the game today. I am stoked to give it a whirl since I've always been a NBALive junkie. By the way, can you modify existing players in the game? If Griffen doesn't get props for shooting the three..it would be cool to change it.

Unfortunately, during Franchise mode you can't disable the computer's ability to make trades.

In one of my seasons, the Mavs traded Steve Nash straight-up for Allen Iverson. The Kings gave Peja to the Knicks for Allan Houston.

That takes away from an otherwise stellar game.

but u can fix that pretty simple........ when u noticed that teams have made trades u trade back the players to your team and then trade them back to the real team they are playing for in the real life......One example...:

76ers trade iverson for lakers bryant......

then u trade francis for bryant in the sixers.......and when u have bryant in houston u trade him for iverson in lakers.........and then iverson for francis in the sixers.....the u have the right rosters again : )

Ten games into my Rockets Franchise (4-6), I have to say that Eddie Griffin is a monster in this game. Yeah, they didn't give him 3-point range, but he's a beast on the boards, blocks shots and scores at will from the paint. He's averaging 20.3 ppg for me thus far.

    I love this game.

Thanks to the computer changing peoples ratings during franchise mode, I was able to pull off a couple of trades. KT and Langhi both ballooned up to the mid 80's range, so I traded them both for SHAQ! Then later, Willis got up to about 83, so I traded him and our first round draft pick for Vince Carter!

Maybe I should give CD a call!
