Just heard this on the radio. No other details other than he's going to be ready to go if needed.

    Guess Brian's Cooked. ;)

Honestly, I've been wondering where he was... During game 5 i saw him on the sidelines in warmups and was wondering if we were gonna play him... I understand he is still raw but the guy is big and Brian cook wasn't really doing anything for us anyway!

Dorsey can't be worse than Cook.

They are preparing for Denver. We will need a physical body against Nene and martin. He can definitely add a little girth against them. Now if we can somehow win game 7. I expect we will play 8 players unless we have foul trouble. And Wfer won't get more than 15. If Dorsey plays it will mean we are in foul trouble.

I hope they are only activating him to clothesline Kobe.

    Dorsey will not play.

Cook may depending on foul troubles.

They're not just suddenly going to gamble with Dorsey in a Game 7 when he has hardly played at all this entire season, or even practiced with the team until recently. That would be absolutely r****ded.

He hasn't played all year why would you want him playing in the most important game of the year, he's there because there is an open roster spot with Yao out.

Why if DORSEY comes in and dunks on every play like the old landry?

Bold prediction: If Joey Dorsey plays Sunday, it's because our season is over.

That's not so bold. I agree with it completely.

He probably won't even play if it's a blowout, either. He didn't during Game 5 and he was suited up.

It would be the only way he could score since he can't hit a simple 5' hook.

probably cook gave the rockets absolutely NOTHING on the offensive end and in fact hurt them offensively with rushed/bad shots. the guy cant play defense worth a lick so if he isn't contributing scoring wise he is even more useless and is actually an asset to the lakers.

I've been against brian cook since the trade is it any coincidence that the first game he gets actual meaningful minute we lose by 40?

I dont think adelman will go back to Cook that was shown in game 6 where he didnt even play though Chuck had some fouls, I think adelman will ride chuck, carl and luis all the way if he can. If 2 of those guys get in serious foul trouble then I think dorsey will be the replacement. We are already playing with a guy with no offense in chuck so tossing dorsey in there will not hurt the rockets offense. Dorsey probably will get called for some quick fouls but at this point there is no point of trying to hold anything back.

we all have seen what brian cook can do and thats be the MVP for the other team when he is on the floor. Like I said if 2 of the 3 guys above get in foul trouble then I would rather see Dorsey out there who is a much better defender than Cook.
