Rockets get three 1st round picks?

    I just noticed that espn.com published the same draft order. However, the nba.com listing has an unexplained footnote by the Rockets pick at 13. I just don't have any idea what is still under consideration.

    Looks like those are teams that owe picks to other teams. I'm guessing that those footnotes are simply denoting picks that could potentially be conveyed to other teams.

    I believe that is the offical draft order as of now. Meaning the 18th is the rockets and Orlando can't unconvey it, but the rockets could convey it to vanc before the draft.
