Okay guys i said i would be coming out with a thread soon to tell you guys what i had in store for the Clutch Members that come in to watch the games and stuff here. Most of you have been out here and i have met you and you know how the deal works. I want to get a group of us together for the First game of the season versus Detroit here at Live. The discounts still apply. You will get 25% off your full tab like i have done in the past. I have not decided to work on a card for now because i have met most of the people so i know you guys and everyone else usually introduces themselves to me. I want to get a kind of head count so i can go ahead and reserve the big tables for you guys next to the big screen if you come out so you can enjoy the game up close. Part 2 is a thing that we are starting to on Tuesdays and 11/2 is going to be the first time. We are starting to do a league poker night here at Live. No limit hold'em of course. It will be every tuesday from here on out so you can come and play anytime on tuesdays. It's a free buy in there is no charge to play and there will be 2 tournaments one starting at 7 and the other at 10. Sign up will be an hour before. Basically since it's a league you will get 4000 in chips and play to win the tournament and points based on the number of chips you got and if you win the tournament. Those can be redeemed for prizes. We have a professional company comming in to do it all for us so it should be a lot of fun. This is going to be a weekly thing so if anyone is up to watch the Rockets and then play some poker i think it will be a nice mixture. Hope to see some of you out soon and i will do some more deals during the season for big games of course. For Rockets Home games i am thinking of doing a special where you come in and show your ticket and you can get cheaper drinks before you head out to the game. It is going to be an every tuesday thing not just a rockets thing but a lot of the games do fall on tuesday and thursdays so it could be both lol... But this is goign to be weekly promotion for Tuesdays.
Wow, what a great way to get some poker experience with out actually risking money (assuming people still play relatively the same with chips they didn't buy). I would sooo be there if I wasn't in Austin, maybe I can catch a game over the winter break...

Well i always look at everyone suggestions cuase i know what i like when i go to a sports bar and try to incorporate it. So i listen to you guys and when the opportunity came and i could find a way to start doing something like this i am more than happy to. Hopefully this will kick off some fun Tuesday nights between all of us that show up.

Where's the best place to park to get to your place and how much does the parking cost? And this may have already been asked, but is the 25% Clutchfan discount offered all the time, or just on Tuesdays? Oh and by the way, AWESOME IDEAS! (the poker and the discount)
it's any time you come in and identify yourself as a clutchfans member. I have met most of them. Parking...all the meters are free after 6 and there is a parking lot right next to us that charges i think 5 bucks on the weekdays and most of the time they are not even there on Tuesdays so you dont' have to worry. But there is plenty of meters usually available on Tuesdays.
