I was just reading on espn that the Toronto Raptors owe the Rockets a first and a second round draft pick in this years draft for the Hakeem trade. So what is the Rockets draft status for the coming draft and do we owe any picks to other teams. It seems likely we are lotto bound as we have the fourth worst record in the NBA unless miraculously we turn it around.

Not at all true. The pick is due by 2003. I'm pretty sure the Rockets have an option on it this year. 2003 is the year we had better play well.
We need to play better in 2003 for 2 BIG reasons, one as JuanValdez mentioned that the Grizz get the pick no matter what. Another is that Francis will be a FA, if he doesn't see any improvement, he will BOLT.
