Rockets/Dawson make us proud this offseason!! Okay Hakeem is gone (Rocket's thought he would retire all season anyway) and we missed out on all the major FA's (thanks Feagan), so NOW IS THE TIME FOR CD to pull an entire horse out of the hat (forget the rabbit). What option do we have! Can we package these bad trade picks, the exemption and Cato for a quality center? Do we now reward Feagan again and give Shandon over 5 million a year (HELL NO!!). Will just Mark Jackson work at center? How about trading Anderson to the Raptors for Keon?? Who knows??? Carrol Dawson has put together some pretty wild KING KONG TRADES in the past. Some have become reality, alot have been pipe dreams. Regardless, lets all root for the Rockets to come out of this Hakeem nightmare, with the building blocks for THE ROCKETS FUTURE!!! ------------------

If you look at all the blockbuster trades that CD has created over the years, you can only imagine what he will do now. I think he will move quick, to try to overshadow the Hakeem nightmare. Even if he waits til next year, imagine how much cap space we will have (including Walt's contract ending). PS...... CD please do not reward Feagan on Anderson's & Mooch's contract. Pay only what they are worth (as future bench players). If Feagan plays hardball, just remember that he cost you Hakeem, SO SLAM THE DOOR IN HIS FACE!!! KING KONG LIVES!!!! ------------------
