he either has some attitude problem or is ass in practice/clueless and garbage in games to be getting traded for what essentially is some expired Dunkin’ Donuts
"If you call yourself a follower of Jesus Christ, you shouldn't be going to any Beyonce concerts or any concerts that Promote Satan. (Ephesians 5:11)." - AJ Griffin, 2023
I don't know why I saw Adrian Griffin lol. I like this dude, he looks really good. Jalen and Cam have some competition coming their way with Reed and Griffin on board. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when they start practicing together.
He can become the new Jeff Green, not the young Jeff Green before the heart issues but the recent Jeff Green.
Great we now have the basketball equivalent of Kirk Cameron on the roster. Has his third year option been picked up already?
He also had personal problems last year. Let's hope he'll play with a better mindset and better health next year
Interesting trade. AJ was injured last yr (or potentially had some mental health challenges?) and only played 20 games with very limited minutes. So u kind of have to throw last yr out. His rookie year he shot very well. I liked him a lot coming out of the draft in 22’, but the injury issues and terrible defense were significant concerns. I suspect they remain significant concerns. But if he can get back healthy and shooting 39% from 3 like he did his rookie year, this is a great flier for just a mid-2nd round pick. I didn’t want to make a pick in the 2nd round this year; we have too many young guys fighting for minutes. Griffen’s shooting skill fits a need, and he’s been in the league for 2 yrs, so he has a chance to have a role. Can’t see that for anyone we would have drafted at #44 actually folks may have noticed that some of the guys we brought in for workouts as 2nd round targets ended up going in the late 1st. I suspect we didn’t love our likely options at #44. Not holding out huge hope for AJ, but seems like a worthy gamble. guess we are out of the Bronny sweepstakes. .
