Not even close. You have to make it to the finals first.

not sure... so far in this playoffs, the Rockets were the only team that placed fear in the hearts of the Lakers. Still pouring proud of these Rockets even though our season is over.

if Yao was healthy, R should be #1. 2nd best equals to 30th best, no big deal

No, I consider Rox as the #1 NBA team in terms of heart and defense intensity. Watching the Nuggets losing Game 6 to the Fakers, their defense is nothing compared to that of Rox. Had they have the defense ability of Rox, the Fakers would not have won so easily.

well seems like rockets even without yao would had been better then Denver. I felt if we got by the lakers from the beginning, Denver would had been a easier better matchup for Rockets but still a tough matchup. This feels like it strengthen my argument. Also it will be interesting to see what happens to both teams during the offseason and going into next being in the same conference. Birdman is probably gone lured by another team and then there goes 40% of their defense. But will Denver will probably make some moves. What will Rockets do, keep the same team or make some moves?

Ron would had given a good matchup to melo and I think bother him enough. JR would be benched by their coach due to Battier make him useless. Kmart would be out hustled by Scola. Billups and AB good matchup each guy will have their nights. Our defense would beat their offense. This would had been a good matchup, if we matchup with Yao or Mcgrady they would have had no chance.

We're already setting the standards for next season at an all time high. If this team can't deliver, a lot of people are gonna be pissed off meaning more ridiculous threads.

dmorey Spoke to Ron upon landing in HOU from CHI pre-draft camp. He thinks no one else will take the LAL to 7 gms and we were the #2 team this year

    looks like Ron agrees too.

I think we are three pieces from being an elite team. That's not very close, in my opinion.

The Texans beat the Colts the year they won the Super Bowl.

Clearly the Texans were the best team that year.
