It's cool to let go of homerisms sometimes and see things as they really are. Though some Blazer fans might want to state otherwise, Olajawan doesn't suck and likewise Rocket fans know that in reality Pippen doesn't either. They both aren't exactly as young as they used to be, and it's difficult to defend older players' abilities because of their growing lack of athleticism. I think perhaps there is a little sub-rivalry goin on here(which i find cool) and that's why things can get nasty. Blazer and Laker fans are always on each others forums and throats talking **** because, although they won't admit it, they respect/fear each others teams. I am actually hoping that the Rockets go far in the playoffs just to give Hakeem the proper exit he deserves. Portland has everything it needs to get the top seed, and if they do make it to the Finals, with no Jordan lurking in the East, I don't see anyone stopping them as opposed to other years when they were just stacked with talent yet couldn't topple MJ. Though I have to say that my team may surprise the hell out of everyone and just might end up as the Western Conference Champions. GO ROCKETS

pippen doesnt suck. I dont like him because of what he said about chuck. And the whining at the end of the game when kukoc had to shoot it. but other than that i think that scottie is a good player. not a good person, but a good player. and if he had never made those comments about chuck and was still with the rocks, i bet we would all still like him.

As for Quitten, he's always been a quitter and he's always been vastly overrated. The difference now is that he's an old vastly overrated quitter of a basketball player.
