how is it possible that the results untill now are:
More touches for Yao Ming 63%
    A winning streak 27%
Playing time for James Posey 4%
A sold out Compaq Center 3%
More scoring from the power forward spot 3%

i thought winning streak would be on the first place. or maybe a sold out compaq center. But Ming is more importend than a win. it is getting ridiculas.

No, it's not ridiculous. Getting Ming involved in the offense can cause double teams so he can kick it out to Mobley, Francis, Rice, etc.

Think a winning streak would be better, by the end of the season the Rockets will be improved at everything, this team just neeeds to get into the playoffs'
As far as Yao getting more touches, thats something that cant be willed, both he and his teammates need to sharpen skills and get more successful repetitions entering the ball into the post. Yao needs to learn how to move to the ball and his teammates need to gain confidence in his pass catching skills in tight situations.
By seasons end, entry passes to Yao will be more skilled and his ball handling will be better. Rocket fans will remember this problem In the Dreams entire career..its a constant battle of move and counter move with the opponent trying to deny entry passes into the post. But every time they double to do this, it creates an open shot, so even if Yao dosent touch the ball..a favorable situation is created.

I ask that the Rockets be given the gift of COURAGE! So that thay may play unselfish Team Basketball. If they do this, because of their individual talent, they will win and play an entertaining style and their fans will enjoy!

You have to remember that a lot of people who visit the Rockets site aren't Rocket fans. They are fans of other teams or from China who goes to the site just to read about Yao.

Obviously for Rockets-only fans, winning is the priority.

    -G'day-
