    Red and Silver
    with White and Black

    WHY NO GOLD
    BRING BACK THE GOLD

    Why was silver added rather than keep the OLD GOLD?
    Any Ideas?

    Beyond the Logo . . .DO YOU LIKE THAT COLOR COMBINATION?

    The gold was pretty ugly IMO.

    It's really yellow, not gold. Mustard!

    I'm happy with the colors, and the logo looks good on a cap, now let's hope the unis aren't bizarre.

    I love mustard. I put it on crackers.

    That old yellow was a holdover from the 1970's. Remember the Sonics? Green and yellow- wtf?

    A more metallic yellow I could live with. Or maybe black and yellow like the Steelers. Those are sweet uniforms.

    God, I know. May as well have had avacado green uniforms with mushrooms on them! :)

    By the way, I don't really hate mustard. Good on veggie dogs! mmmmmm....

    I really don't care what color the Rocket's new uniforms are, as long as they win, I'll be happy----P.S. I'll be buying a new logo cap ASAP!!!!

    I used to listen to Art Eckman on the radio describe the "Rocket Red and Desert Gold" uniforms.... :)

    The red and gold jerseys are horrendous. Those are some of the worst uniforms ever, beaten only by the Barkley era jerseys. They're ugly, unclassy, and cheap. Every time I see red and faux-gold together, I think of Popeyes crappy fried chicken and the Houston Rockets's old horrible logo.

    The new ones are gonna be great. It's classy and subtle.

    Hey Jeff: Which Veggie Dogs? I like the frozen Morningstar Farms ones and the Boca sausages, smoked. Those are good. Protein bombs, too.

    I learned to make Chicago Dogs during my summer at Big Franks. Here is the recipe for those who'd like to try...

    Mustard
    Ketchup
    Sliced serrano peppers
    Tomato wedges one side
    Sliced Dill Pickle other side
    Green rellish
    Onions
    celery salt.

    There's no Gold because if there were, Les couldn't rake in money off of 'throwback' red and gold sales. This way, he can get it both ways - revenue off the new and old. Then someday, he can get 'throwback' money from the unis we just ditched. More money for Les all around. Who gives a **** about tradition?
