Good move by the Texans. That was stupid of Dunta, but at least we know where his minds at...hopefully, some other GM will be dumb enough to pay him top 15 money.
From Rick Smith: I love how when reporters asked Dunta about the shoes after the game, he was playing it off like Rick Smith didnt take it personal and it was a locker room joke. Yeah, okay d-bag.
But it does exist. And we'll use it to keep dunta from skipping town..... UNLESS he keeps acting like a complete bonehead. Funny how he was so eager to "be paid" and had to pay. ROFL!
Couldn't imagine someone so bitter about making $10 million dollars a year. He could definitely use some community service time. I think he forgot where he comes from. I think it's very fortunate for him to be making anything after that injury he had. He's very undersized for the NFL and he's really not that good in my opinion.
THANK YOU. I've always thought he was overrated by Texan fans. Yes, he plays with a lot of heart and hits like a freight train, but he IS undersized and he's never been anything resembling a shut-down corner. Just being better than Petey Faggins doesn't automatically make you a top-tier CB.
I think he's good, but he's nowhere near as good as he and many fans think he is. He's by far the best corner we've had here in terms of the total package, but other teams have never been afraid to throw to his side of the field that's for sure. To be fair though, I'd say that there aren't very many shutdown corners in the league at all. Dunta definitely over values himself though. He's no Nnamdi, no Chris McCallister of a few years ago, no Champ Bailey of a few years ago...
incorrect. behaviour may come out as a response to a stimulus, but it always comes *out*, as in from *within*. if dunta had it in him to act like a total douchebag, it was going to come out at some point or another. franchise tag might be bad, but his response is completely on him. whiner. wow; brilliant context! i think dunta *is* at least second-tier, though; above-average anyway. agreed. they *have* to get that under control. it's nuts. it's good to be noticed! houston players sucking bothers me; houston players whining or playing prima donna infuriates me. like the astros players making t-shirts blaming everyone but themselves. and dunta writing on his shoes like a fourth grader. that stuff just really freaking ticks me off. anyways, more than happy to accommodate you.
Dunta needs to realize that the only way that he is going to get paid is if he plays better than last week.
The year he got hurt he was becoming an elite corner. That was the best half a season he'd ever played. Other than that, you're right, he's been good but certainly not shut-down.
Good. Anyone making $10 million per year complaining about wanting more while his teammates practiced hard in camp is a jackass.
