Seems that Road Runner has upgraded our lines I'm getting 600kb/s now before I got 330 or so and Road Runner Premium should go to 8 mb/s sweeet!
I just tested mine. I have no idea what it was before. Your download speed : 4812686 bps, or 4699 kbps. A 587.4 KB/sec transfer rate. Your upload speed : 367883 bps, or 359 kbps. What is Road Runner premium?
That's incredible...it's more magical to me than David Blaine's little tricks. I got 4710 kbs, and IE told me that I was getting 640 Kbs downloading a file from them. I need to burn some of my crap so I can get back to downloading stuff. =)
Just reset your modem. It worked for me. (pull the power cord out of your modem..... plug your power cord back in your modem...)
Iam getting 4394 up and 35 down, but I use alot of speed tweaks from speedguide.net. SP2 has a new tcp stack which can be modified.

I just got up to 486 after a modem reset, where I was at about 350 before. Awesome. Upload cap seems to be about the same, though. Now if I could only get those 600 speeds Kaiser is getting....

i've noticed alot of slowdown in my dloads and my computer and i guess this confirms it: 1114 down 356 up i have roadrunner, i guess the upload is normal but the download is crap. how can i fix that or is it on their end? i tried the modem reset.
Last few days my Roadrunner has been a bit slow...wonder if they are upgrading or something in my area.
Call them. I had the same problem a few years ago in my apartment and they sent someone out the next day. Turned out I had 3 cables (2 TV's and 1 modem) using the same splitter inside my wall. The guy re-wired it so that my modem cable had it's own line and it was 5 times as fast after that. They didn't even charge me for sending the guy out.
