PJ O’Rourke: “I thought Trump was unstable, dangerous. I still do” https://www.newstatesman.com/cultur...ought-trump-was-unstable-dangerous-i-still-do
O'Rourke's endorsement of Hillary lol "I am endorsing Hillary, and all her lies and all her empty promises. It's the second-worst thing that can happen to this country, but she's way behind in second place. She's wrong about absolutely everything, but she's wrong within normal parameters."
Though he apparently thought Trump was so dangerous and unqualified that he’d put in a vote for a Democrat he disliked rather than a symbolic vote for a 3rd party candidate.
so you're saying what about Hillary dang, got to be tough for him to vote for her, but that's the only choice when the other guy is not 'within normal parameters'
So you didn't agree with O'Rourke, who wanted to vote for someone he thought at least could function as president, not some "third-party candidate" you claim you voted for.
I assumed so — just think it’s interesting that he chose not to do so. I’m sure the libertarian candidate aligned more closely to his positions as well.
So called libertarians vote for the republican candidates. Jorgensen only had 1.2% of the vote, even the much better known Johnson only had 3.3% in 2016 and that was a record.
I think it works better as a satire mocking racists, I assume his intended purpose, than as an exercise in triggering lefties.
I voted 3rd party in 1980, '84, 2016, & 2020 I voted Democrat in 1976 & 1992 I voted Republican in 1988, 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, & 2012
A number of self-identified conservatives here state they didn't vote trump the last two elections. Way disproportional to the actual votes third party candidates actually received. But hey, I believe your claim, why would you lie about your votes?
