I was probably 8 years old when he moved in next door in West Houston with his wife and two young girls. Chris would play basketball with all of us, tell us football stories, and introduce us to all his football friends that came over. He was such a nice person and was driving the same car he had from college at UT. He was a believer in education and moved to West TX to become a physician assistant. I lost contact with him after that but recently tried to unsuccessfully connect on LinkedIn. Shocking news for me. RIP amigo.
