where are some good sites to get free ring tones for mobile/cell phones??? and also those picture thingies for your screen work just got me a phone.
You can probably get them free in Autralia. They cost a b****, I mean a bunch over here. Does your mobile have a composer?
Msn.com has a pretty decent site for some. It's on one of the homepage links. Also try your mobile company's website.
For sprint phones, 3gvisioncorrection.com has a great selection of ring tones and wallpapers. The site is totally free, also.
I use www.3gupload.com for my Sprint phone. I paid a one-time $6.95 "donation" for unlimited downloads of ringers, games, screensavers, etc.
When I got my new phone, I was tempted to download a ringtone for a song I really liked. Then I realized that, since my phone rings constantly, that favorite song of mine would quickly turn into that LEAST favorite song of mine. Therefore, my ringtone on my cellphone will now and forever be a ring rather than a song!
Zingy usually offers things like free ring tones of the week, month, etc. but you have to pay for most of them.
We wanted to shoot the guy we work with that got that. He always left his phone in the cube, and it would always ring when he left the cube. That thing would be ringing for days. Polyphonic rings are even worse... now you get to hear a freakin' orchestra everytime you have call. Yippee. Don't do it Smeg... don't do it!

DITTO!!!! How do you make those things anyway? What kind of file format are the pics for Nokia? I have this program where you can make ringtones and stuff and send them to your phone through the internet, and I bet I could use it to send some picture files too if I did a little manipulating...anybody have any detailed info on Nokias?
