Rider or not, LA is not a lock for the title......

    I know, I know, they may still win it. But I think (even though I have in the past said I would take a chance on Rider) JR Rider is going to really hurt that team of inflated egos.

    Sure, they signed him at 723,000 for a year. Minimal risk, right? Well when you consider the huge heads they already have on that team - Phil Jackson, Shaq, Kobe, Rice and others - I think adding a hot-headed, arrogant SOB like Rider could drive them out of contention.
