You're in a hallway with two doors, one at either end of the hallway. One of these doors leads to freedom; one of them leads to hell. In front of each door, there is a wiseman. One of the wisemen always tells the truth, one of the wisemen always lies. The truthtelling wiseman is not necessarily standing in front of the door to freedom; you don't know. You are allowed to ask one of the wisemen one question before you choose a door. What question can you ask that will automatically tell you which door is the door to freedom?
Good riddle. I really don't know. But try this... Train A leave New York at 10:00. It travels at 90 mph. Train B leaves LA at 11:00. It travels 70 mph....LOL
are you standing in front of a door? Or find something unique he's wearing and ask him if he is wearing it.
That just tells you whether or not you're talking to the truthful one or not, not which door you should choose.
It doesn't matter what you ask who, because if you open a door and see hell, you just shut it and go through the other one! If the other wise man gives you flack, then kick his ass! Those wise men are wusses anyways.
I know this one, I think you ask the Wiseman to point to the one who always lies. and the wiseman to point to the one who always tells the truth. Since the Liar will lie, he points to himself, and the one who always tells the truth will point to the liar.
You ask either of the men which door the other man would say leads to heaven. Then you walk through the other door. By asking one what the other will say, you are guarenteed to have the wrong answer so you pick the other door.
I think you'd ask a wiseman what the other wiseman would say if you asked him which door to pick to go to heaven. Then you pick the opposite one and say "Adios, biatches" and leave. EDIT: damn you, dylan!
You ask "which is the door to hell?" If you ask the truthful wiseman, he will point to it and you choose the other....if you ask the liar, he will point to it and you choose the other one. Either way, you choose the other door.
